Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the volatile fluctuations of Magic singles, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We accept return for products that are not as described. Once you are given approval, please return the product in the same condition it was received. We will either send the product that match the description or grant a full refund.

Order inaccuracies with parts missing

All orders are doubled checked for accuracy before dispatch. Despite this, mistakes can still happen. We will send you the missing products or provide a refund the price of the missing products if we cannot. If you receive a product you did not order, we may require you to return this product before we dispatch the missing products. We will be responsible for the return postage for products sent in error

Condition guide

If you believe the cards you receive are in worse condition than advertised and would like a resolution to your satisfaction it is required you send detailed pictures of such product. Upon approval we will offer you either a non-negotiable partial refund as compensation; or return of the product for a replacement; or return of the product for a full refund. The product is required to be returned in the same condition it was received.


Condition scale:

 

Mint(MT)

The card is in perfect condition.

Near Mint(NM)

The card shows minimal wear which is generally not noticeable unless closely inspected.

Slightly Played(SP)

The card shows light but definite wear which includes but is not limited to:

Light scratching, light scuffing, minor creasing, or mild border or corner wear.

Moderately Played(MP)

The card shows substantial wear which includes but is not limited to:

Moderate scratching, moderate creasing, moderate border or corner wear, or minor water damage.

Heavily Played (HP)

The heavy amount of wear shown on the card may deem it ineligible for tournament play, even in a sleeve.


Inventory errors & unfulfilled orders

We may not be able to fulfill all or parts of an order. It would be due to an inventory error where there are more quantities of an item listed than the actual quantity on shelf. If this happens, we will provide a refund for the missing price products only and ship the remaining products in your order that we can fulfill. In the case we cannot fulfill your entire order; a full refund will be given including postage.

In any case, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order for any reason.

Time frame & proof of return

Returns are required to be sent within 7 days approval. Although it is rare, shipments can get lost in transit. We recommend returned products to be dispatched using a trackable method as proof of shipment. We will issue the refund upon the processing of the return within 2 work days from the date of delivery.
